When should my child receive his/her physical exams for school?

Physical exmanaitions are part of preventative health measrues which may detect illness that if left unchecked can lead to long term medical issues. we strongly recommend annual physical examinaitons with your child's family health provider

What about physical exams for sports and why are they done this way?
N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2 (Required Student Medical Examinations) is an administrative code established by the NJ Department of Education. N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2 discusses why there are requirements for students to participate in school sponsored sports and how these requirements are to be implemented.

Please see Forms & Info and click on website: information about physical examinations below to get full details.
